These terms apply to work done by KM Creative Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd, trading as KM Digital Solutions (registration 2025/732825/07). A signed quote or written agreement for a specific project takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.

Quotes and pricing

  • Prices shown on this website, including the estimator, are indicative starting ranges in South African Rand, not binding quotes. Every engagement is confirmed with a written scope and quote.
  • Once-off amounts and monthly fees are always quoted separately.
  • Advertising budget is never included in our fees. It is paid by you directly to the advertising platform (Google, Meta or LinkedIn).
  • No VAT is charged. KM Digital Solutions is not currently a registered VAT vendor.

The five business day website build

  • The five business day delivery applies to standard marketing websites. E-commerce and larger builds are scoped separately with their own timelines.
  • The delivery clock starts only once the deposit has been paid, the brief and scope have been approved, and the required content, brand assets and access have been supplied.
  • If content, access or approvals are delayed on the client side, the clock pauses and we confirm the revised delivery date in writing.

Payment

  • Once-off projects require a deposit before work starts; the balance is due on delivery, as set out in the quote.
  • Monthly services are billed in advance and are payable as set out in the invoice.
  • We may pause work on accounts that are materially overdue, after telling you first.

What we need from you

Timely content, feedback, approvals and access to the accounts and systems the work depends on. Where a deliverable waits on client input, timelines shift accordingly.

Ownership and portfolio

  • On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you (your website, content and creative).
  • Third-party components (fonts, plugins, stock assets, platform subscriptions) remain subject to their own licences.
  • We may show completed work in our portfolio and case studies. If you prefer we do not, tell us in writing and we will not.

Cancellation

Monthly services have no lock-in and can be cancelled with one calendar month's written notice. Work completed and costs committed up to the effective date remain payable.

What we do not promise

We work with skill and care, and we report honestly on results. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes or revenue outcomes, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Marketing performance depends on factors beyond any agency's control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Personal information

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with POPIA.

General
