Speed comes down to how much a page has to download and how much work the phone has to do before anything appears on screen. Heavy image files, page builder plugins stacked on top of each other, and code that loads ahead of the content are the usual culprits. We hand code the theme instead of using a builder, compress every image, and load the visible part of the page first. On a South African mobile connection that difference is the gap between a visitor waiting and a visitor leaving.

Standard marketing sites are built in five business days. The clock starts once the deposit is paid, the scope is approved, and your content, brand assets and access are with us. If we are waiting on copy, photographs or an approval, the clock pauses and we confirm the new date in writing. E-commerce and larger builds are quoted with their own timeline.

Your logo and brand files if you have them, the words and photographs you want on the site or a clear brief so we can write them, and access to your domain and hosting. If the copy does not exist yet we can write it with you. Almost every delay on a website build comes from waiting on content, so the sooner it lands the sooner the site does.

We install Google Analytics 4 before launch. GA4 is a free Google tool that records how many people visited, which pages they read, what device they were on, and which of them filled in a form or tapped to call. Instead of guessing, you can see how many enquiries the site produced last month and where those people came from.

The build ends with a walkthrough so you know how to update your own content. Hosting, updates, backups and security sit in an optional monthly care plan, and hosting is billed at cost rather than marked up. There is no lock-in: the site is yours, and you can move it elsewhere whenever you want to.
