KM Creative Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd, trading as KM Digital Solutions (registration 2025/732825/07), based in Durbanville, Western Cape, South Africa, is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
- Enquiry and booking details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, website address, the services you are interested in, any estimate you built on this site, your preferred call times, and the message you write.
- Technical and usage information: pages visited, approximate device and browser details, and interaction events (for example form submissions and clicks), collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Preference cookies: a small cookie remembering your display-currency choice.
- Correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes once you are in contact with us.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this website is not directed at them.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry or call-back request (this is why you gave us the details).
- To arrange and hold the discovery call you booked.
- To prepare quotes and deliver services if you become a client.
- To understand how the website performs and improve it.
- To meet legal obligations, for example financial record-keeping.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use a small set of service providers (operators under POPIA). Some are located outside South Africa; where that is the case, your information is transferred to them subject to their published safeguards:
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Workspace email and Calendar) - global infrastructure.
- Our own automation server, which routes form submissions to our inbox and records systems - hosted with Contabo outside South Africa.
- Airtable (enquiry record-keeping during our systems transition) - United States.
- Hostinger (website hosting).
- Meta / WhatsApp, only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised, unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required by South African financial and company law. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings.
How we protect it
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on our server before being processed. Access to enquiry records is limited to the two founders.
Your rights under POPIA
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we process personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
